Relister for Vinted — Privacy Policy

Relister for Vinted ("the extension") is a browser tool that helps you bulk-relist items in your own Vinted wardrobe. This policy explains exactly what data the extension touches and what it does — and does not — do with it.

In short: the extension stores a small amount of data locally on your own device and communicates only with Vinted, acting on your behalf. It does not send any of your data to the developer or to any third party. There is no tracking, no analytics, and nothing is sold or shared.

What the extension accesses

• Your Vinted session tokens. To perform actions on your behalf (re-uploading photos, creating a new listing, deleting the old one), the extension reads the authentication tokens that Vinted already stores in your browser. These tokens are used only to make requests to Vinted's own servers, exactly as the Vinted website itself does. They are never transmitted anywhere else.
• Your listing details. When you select items to relist, the extension reads those items' public details (title, price, photos, size, condition, etc.) from Vinted so it can recreate them.
• Relist timestamps. When you relist an item through the extension, it records the date so it can show you how long ago each item was last relisted.

Where your data is stored

All of the above is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage.local API. It stays on your device. The developer has no server, no database, and no way to see, collect, or access your data. If you uninstall the extension, this locally stored data is removed.

What the extension does NOT do

• It does not send your data to the developer or any third-party service.
• It does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising.
• It does not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
• It does not access any website other than Vinted.

Third parties

The only external service the extension communicates with is Vinted itself, in order to carry out the relisting actions you request. Your use of Vinted remains governed by Vinted's own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
